Read your invoice carefully. The glass (the product) is not warrantied. It is only "warrantied for leaks and wind noise". Person at the desk told me it is at the bottom of the invoice. Yet. they asked me in the email to bring my car in when I told them it was a crack. "Good evening Barry into regards to warranty on your cracked windshield you would have to bring your vehicle by one of our locations to determine what caused the windshield to break please let me know when you would like to bring it by one of our locations ". Wasted my lunch break. Now I have to find another place for a replacement, in case it was a quality of glass issue. How would I know for sure? UPDATE: Received a call from Steve who kindly explained that the glass is warrantied for manufacturer defects, such as stress cracks. He asked that I come by to discuss to see what can be arranged.
